    Thirty to sixty minutes. We hear the problem, sketch a shape, and decide together if there is a real project here.

  2. Scoping document

    We write a short scoping document with the deliverables, the timeline, the fee, and what is explicitly out of scope.

  3. Kickoff and access

    We get the access and context we need from your team. We do not ask for what we do not need.

  4. Delivery in working sessions

    We work in shared working sessions, not gated reviews. You see the work as it forms so the final read holds no surprises.

  5. Final read and handoff

    We deliver the finished work, walk your team through it, and answer the questions that come up in the next two weeks.

  6. Clean exit

    The engagement ends. If a follow-on project is right, we scope it on its own. If not, we step away.
